Wedding Coordinator Services

Even an organized, detail-oriented bride needs someone to make sure her vision is well-executed on the wedding day. I would love to help make your day run as smoothly as possible and to free up yourself and those close to you to savor the day and make memories. Wedding Coordinator services are only $350.

Rehearsal/Wedding Day Services available...

• Meet with you in person prior to the wedding to get a feel for your personality and your vision for the day.
• Make certain that I understand how you would like the ceremony area and the reception area to look after the florist, caterers, or any other vendors are done.
• Spend time with you thinking through bridesmaid and groomsmen entrances and exits, arrangement of attendants on stage, and seating of honored guests.
• Assist you with traditional etiquette for seating parents and grandparents and/or work with you on bending or breaking the rules to suite what you want for your wedding day.
• Speak by phone or in person with your clergyman to make certain that he and I run the rehearsal smoothly.
• Place wedding party in designated spots prior to minister's run-through of service, practice exit, entrance, and then exit again.
  OR Watch as you do this so that I can do it the way you would like on the day of the ceremony.
• Be present on-site entire wedding day, up to 12 hours.
• Assist vendors or answer questions, deliver final payment to vendor if arranged ahead of time.
• Oversee last-minute details to complete your vision for ceremony area and reception area.
• Assist wedding party and guests with last-minute questions or problems.
• Anticipate and plan for potential problems.
• Distribute bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages to appropriate wedding party and honored guests.
• Execute your desired wedding day time-line.
• Last-minute look-over of bridesmaids and groomsmen to make sure everyone is practically perfect to walk the aisle at precisely the right moment.
• Coordinate movement of wedding party and any desired decorations or other items from ceremony to reception area (i.e. – flower arrangement, bridesmaids bouquets into display vases, guest book, limited number of personal belongings).
• Troubleshoot reception time.
• Assist photographer or designated person with alerting guests about departure and make certain that bubbles, sparklers, etc. are distributed.

If you have close friends or family members who will be helping, but who need a little direction, I would be more than happy to oversee this type of help as well. This list can be adjusted to meet your needs. I am also available for additional design or advisement services if you need me.

If you feel that you may need extensive assistance at both the sanctuary and the reception locations on the wedding day, I can give you a price on having my business partner present as well or on just having an assistant present. I can work with you on rates or package prices for any assistance you would like during the planning process. Depending on your wedding-style, I have or have access to a few decorating rental items.
